FCM was established in May 1997 by Robert Burtinshaw who has enjoyed some 30 years within the UK cleaning industry, supplying cleaning machinery, equipment and chemicals. FCM was originally set up as a Holding company with a network of regional dealer partners. This allowed FCM to service its customer base throughout the UK and Ireland.
In 2003 in response to customer feedback FCM centralised the business, incorporating a number of the dealer partners in order to sell directly to its customer base, this allowed FCM to offer the same level of service across the country. This also marks the introduction of TecServ the professional service arm of FCM, rather than treating service as an ‘add on’ area of business, TecServ through its unique on-line asset management system, takes it to a new level.
2007 brought further positive change to FCM in the shape of a buy out, FCM was purchased by Premiere Products Ltd (The Premiere Polish Co. Ltd) This move has allowed the newly created Premiere FCM business to face the future with renewed vigor. The combined expertise and range of these two family based companies makes us a real contender in the UK cleaning market.

Range
Premiere FCM specialise in two main areas, firstly the supply of a the full range of cleaning equipment from tub vacuums to rotaries, pedestrian scrubber driers to ride-on industrial sweepers sourced from an international base of manufacturers.
Secondly the service of all machinery, through TecServ the professional service arm of Premiere FCM. TecServ offers a full range of service options from one off call outs to all inclusive service plans for Premiere FCM machinery and all other brands of cleaning equipment.
